Jason Bennett has walked a long road from California to Washington State to Colorado. He's recorded nine CD's and has played probably too many coffeehouse gigs. His influences are Bob Dylan, Kevin Meisel, Jimmie Dale Gilmore, Rauly Curran, Hem, Kyle Field and Little Wings, Abby Parks, Jason Riggs, Bob and Wendy and all the indie heroes out there who put out their own stuff.

Jason grew up playing baseball at Chase Street Park in Panorama City, California. Growing up in "The Valley" exposed Jason to sports and music. Jason was an all-star 3rd baseman and relief pitcher for 8 years at Chase Park. During that time he became fascinated with Bob Dylan and secretly taught himself how to sing, play guitar and harmonica and write songs.

You can usually find Jason performing in coffeehouses, art galleries and cafe's in the Colorado Springs, Colorado area. If you don't find him there, he's on the tennis court.
